You don’t need a purchase receipt or payment is necessary to enter the prize draw.
You can enter the Tell Odeon monthly prize draw from the first day of each calendar month until the last day of each calendar month

My receipt dated 23/5/2021 shows to enter your draw for 5 tickets. I clicked on the survey only for it to show the draw has closed.

I take it you don't really want to hear about what we thought about our visit
